An earthy green frosted matte fancy jasper arrowhead is accented with a solid sterling silver feather dangle. For him or her, this unisex arrowhead pendant is about 2-1/2" long in colors reminiscent of the green and purple of ruby zoisite. The pendant hangs from a 23-inch ultrasuede necklace with a sterling silver handcrafted hammered hook clasp.
NOTE: This modern arrowhead is shaped (knapped) using the ancient technique of chipping with flint and antler, but this is a modern piece. Fancy jasper is not as sharp as obsidian, but I still file the edges to dull the most sharp portions. This is an arrowhead and not recommended for wear during active sports.
Metaphysical attributes: From ancient times, jasper has been known as a sacred and mystical stone; in fact, it was worn by ancient healers. It is a protective stone (enhanced by the shape of this peace). Jasper can bring joy to life.
